Information we collect
We may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number and social handle, general location, vehicle information, selected configuration, desired timing, customer notes and reference photos. If your commission is accepted, we also keep project status, payment confirmation and delivery-related records.
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as request time, browser type, device information and IP address in ordinary server logs.
How we use it
- Review whether a requested replica is feasible and prepare an estimate.
- Communicate with you about the request, approval, build progress, payment and delivery.
- Create the replica using the vehicle details and reference photos you provide.
- Maintain the private client portal, prevent duplicate submissions and protect the site from misuse.
- Keep records needed to operate the business and comply with applicable obligations.
Reference photos and project images
Reference photos are used to review and build your commission. BP-ZE will not publish customer-submitted reference photos or identify your project in marketing without separate permission. You may separately agree to a finished-build feature, owner story or social-media post.
Service providers
BP-ZE uses service providers to operate the commission workflow: Vercel for site hosting, Supabase for project data, Resend for request emails and Stripe for an approved $30 deposit. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.
Stripe Checkout collects payment-card details on Stripe's hosted page. BP-ZE does not receive or store your complete card number.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell customer personal information. We disclose it only to service providers supporting the commission, when you ask us to, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or protect legal rights.
Retention and security
We keep request and project records only as long as reasonably needed for review, production, customer service, accounting, dispute prevention and legal obligations. We use access controls and reputable service providers, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your request, subject to records BP-ZE must retain for completed transactions or legal obligations. You may also withdraw an unaccepted request at any time.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and BP-ZE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A customer under 18 should have a parent or legal guardian handle the commission and payment.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website or commission process changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
